Solar Dimensions Tanning

This place acts as if they are the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills & not simply an overpriced "tan shop". Typical call - "Hold. Thank you this is, please hold. Hold. Thank you, hold. OK what did you want? Click." Hung up on. That sums it up. Someone needs to remind them that Buckhead hasn't been chic in 10 years and even then tanning beds in 30 years. NEXT!

Multiple convenient locations, the several I've been to have been staffed by helpfull, friendly staff and has the latest equipment I've seen anywhere else. I frequent the Buckhead location and am always well received.

I've been tanning here for 7 years and wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Shannon and Ashley and the rest of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the tanning products they sell, and the Matrix is the best bed in town, IMO. People are always asking how I keep my dark tan, it looks so natural. I highly recommend giving the Solarium a try if you have an upcoming event or just want to maintain your color year round.

The Solarium on Peachtree Street is the nicest tanning salon I have ever been to. The facility is immaculate, the beds are top of the line, and the staff is extra friendly and very helpful. They have so many beds that I have never had to wait to tan. The staff is very knowledgeable and will find the perfect tanning bed for you. Whether this is your first time tanning or you’re veteran, the Solarium is place to go.

I had a monthly fee membership ($20 per mo), that allowed my to buy tanning packages at 50% off (still expensive with discount, and a total ripoff without). I rarely used it for over a year, paid $240 in monthly fees (plus the cost of the package $90 or so for 10 sessions ), and then was told my remaining sessions would not be honored since I terminated the monthly dues. The owner is a complete jerk and has no idea now to operate a business and take care of customers. Did they follow their policy - yes. Was it incredibly short sited to not allow me to use my tanning balance after I paid them $300 plus - yes. I WOULD NEVER GIVE THIS ORGANIZATION A DIME IF I WERE YOU. I EVEN TOLD HIM I WOULD BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNEW WHAT A POOR DECISION HE IS MAKING IF THAT WAS HIS FINAL DECISION. SO, I HOPE HIS GREAT MANAGEMENT SKILLS COST HIM A LOT MORE THAN THE LOUSY $30 HE GAINED BY NOT LETTING ME USE MY 2 SESSIONS LEFT.
