This is by far the snootiest store I have ever been in. Upon walking in the store you are followed around the store by a member of the Loss Prevention Team (i.e. Security Guard), and questions from about items they sell to what time they close are returned with rudeness.

Kudzu doesn’t allow enough space to detail my experience, but to make a long story short, I purchased my 160 GB PS3 bundle from a Best Buy store that provided a much better shopping experience with much less attitude. As far as this Sony Style store, I will never return.

I complained about my treatment in the Sony Style store on Sony’s website and was promptly contacted by a CSR who forwarded my complaint to the Regional Manager. I was told I would be contacted in a few days, but it’s been a FEW months and still no contact. This leads me to believe that the rude and snooty behavior at this particular Sony Style store is encouraged and nothing will be done to correct it.

From what I’ve seen, all the items sold in the Sony Style store can be purchased elsewhere. So unless you like being treated rudely and just being around extreme snootiness, then I suggest you take your business to another store. The employees here are not interested in helping customers; they rather treat customers as if they are beneath them just for the simple fact they work in a “Sony Style” store.

One of only 40 Sony Style Stores, has arrived at Lenox Square. And what a clever presentation it is. Not only does it appeal to Women, but Men love the Home Theater display room, in the back of the store. Blonde Wood, Bamboo Wall Coverings, and even a Fireplace, make a perfect home setting, giving a consumer ideas on how and where to install Plasma T.V.'s. This is a true homefurnishings boutique, and not just a gadgets store. The various different room vignettes, give way to many decorating ideas. And that top of the line 70in.-High-Definition Plasma T.V. for $30.000, caught our eye.
