Sound Door Service

Got great service from this outfit -- prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and wasn't afraid of my dog! Unfortunately I think I paid about 3 times what I should have for the new rollers he installed. If you need new parts, definitely check to see if you can get them cheaper elsewhere, even if you have to have this company install them.

My garage door is an old one and I can't afford a replacement until the end of the year. The parts are difficult to find. Last week, it got jammed and some of the hinge assembly broke. Every company I contacted wanted to charge me $80 to $90 just to come out and look or sell me a new door. The folks at Sound Door Service immediately said they would be happy to do a free estimate. The estimator arrived early (!) and was great! He not only unjammed my door and got me going again until I can afford a new door, but didn't charge me anything! What amazing customer service. When my finances loosen up later in the year, I will definitely be buying a door from them.
