I drive really far out of my way to take my car here! I've had several issues with my car and everything has always been covered by warranty and were fixed with no problems whatsoever. The service guys are super friendly and good at explaining what's going on and how they'll be fixing it. I've never felt like they were talking down to me or trying to take advantage of me. When you take your car in for service, you're given a $5 gift certificate to the cafe inside which is an awesome bonus. They have great sandwiches and breakfast burritos. The cafe/waiting area has lots of seating and there's also a TV area, play area, and cubbys to hook up your laptop. I usually buy a book from the store inside, get a sandwich and have a really pleasant wait. They also offer washing, waxing, and detailing on the weekdays. It's a little pricey but really convenient so I usually pony up for it when it's available. I also purchased my car here and had a really wonderful experience. No pressure whatsoever. I believe my salesman's name was Jeff and I'd highly reccomend him.
