I am going to keep my thoughts short and sweet. Customer; they don't do what they promise, front desk attendant must have already had a bad day, selection was limited (I mean very limited) You will be upset with yourself once you walk pass any other eye center and see that you should have waited. Quality;this is my 2x trying to get them fixed. Value; they moved and didn't try to inform there customers from 3 months ago. It took me 3 more months to find them and get my glasses fixed. Boy did I feel valued!!!!I went back Wednesday again and they were closed due a continuing education day. They need customer service workshops instead!!!

We live very close to this location, and had planned to go there. I called to set up an appointment and the person I talked to took my phone number and said they would call me back later in the day. I never received a callback. If they don't care enough to return phone calls, I'll take my money elsewhere. Not impressed.

I visited Dr. Saunders once, and knew then he would be the optimetrist of choice for my family. His exams are thorough and professional. He seems to take interest in his patients as people, and does not rush your questions. His staff are professional and pleasant (the grouchy technician mentioned by another reviewer is no longer there). I can count of this office to sell me what I need, not what they want me to buy.

Me, my husband, and my daughter are very pleasant to use Dr. Saunders's service. The condition of my husband eyes was very complicated. Dr. Souders evaluated him and sent him to more analyses and 2 successful surgeries. My husband has an amazing improvement of his vision. Dr. Sounders is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I highly recommend him.

My first visit was back in March and Dr. Saunders is a good doctor. I was pleased with his services, however his staff, namely Aida Alvarez needs training in customer service skills. I simply ordered a pair of eyeglasses requesting that the lens were as thin as possible and have an anti-reflective seal on the outside. After waiting over a month to receive my glasses, they were still done incorrectly. When I addressed my concerns with Ms. Alvarez, she advised that there was nothing she could do. She became increasingly defensive when I questioned why the glasses were not to my specifications, she walked away from me when I asked how the situation could be rectified, and asked me to leave. I would definitely not recommend South Cobb Eye Center to anyone else. I was not worth the abuse and time wasted.
