My husband and I recently refinanced and chose SouthEast as our title company. The mortgage company actually had pretty good rates estimated for the title company they partner with, but we were still able to save over $100. Because the mortgage company was "online," it felt good to have someone local that I could work with. Robert was so good at explaining the process. The fees were as quoted and very straight-forward. He was very responsive when I called or emailed with questions (I had questions because I had never been through a refi or close before). The close with Julia went very smoothly as well. Great folks. The office is conveniently located near yummy places to eat, so close in the office, and celebrate next door!

We are new to Atlanta from Hawaii. Shopped several firms and companies to help us close on our house. Julia Jones & Robert Black took our contract and coordinated with our lender and made the process easy. And, we now know from talking to others, at least $250 less expensively. GREAT JOB!

This is the second time I have used Southeast Title. I made one call to my mortgage broker and one call to Robert at Southeast Title to let him know I wanted to use him again. That was all I had to do. Closing went off without a hitch as always. I saved several hundred over the fees quoted by my mortgage broker.

We close 10-15 properties a year and only use south east title. Sometimes I forget and the closing attorney picks. You might as well throw a few hundred bucks out the window when that happens. Anyhow they are quick, thorough, and modern. Stop looking for a title company. You found it. Brandon

S.E. Title and Robert in particular will go to the ends of the earth to make sure your closing will go through. Even after two buyers backed out, Robert still hung in there and we finally sold after 10 grueling months. He has the patience, the experience and a steel determinination to help you.Don't go anywhere else. Call him. Brad

I've used SE Title for closing and title work on three different properties. They handled all flawlessly including one that had an ugly outstanding bill from the city. They were helpful and patient, educating me and never tried to get out of doing hard work. They never put the project off to someone else and always have a great price. Impressive.

At the suggestion of our lender, my wife and I shopped for the best price for doing the title insurance & closing for our re-finance. Southeast Title was the best value we found. THEN, when my wife could not travel to attend the closing because of a conflict at our son's school, attorney Julia Jones came to our home to complete the transaction. Thanks to Julia and Southeast Title - Unbelievable!

I have worked with Southeast Title on two mortgage closings. I was the borrower in both cases. The ease of working with the legal team was the best I have ever experienced. They were always responsive prior to closing if I had questions and were efficient, friendly and affordable. I would highly recommend them.

Consolidated Capital Mortgage has utilized the services of Southeast Title for many years. Having extensive exposure to firms in Georgia, they have become our attorneys of choice. They are professional, highly efficient, competively priced, and a pleasure to work with. In an industry where timing is everything they have the ability to do title work in record time and are very flexible in scheduling closings. We highly recommend Robert Black and the Southeast Title Team.
