robert is the man
We close 10-15 properties a year and only use south east title. Sometimes I forget and the closing attorney picks. You might as well throw a few hundred bucks out the window when that happens.
Anyhow they are quick, thorough, and modern. Stop looking for a title company. You found it. Brandon

Simply the best!
S.E. Title and Robert in particular will go to the ends of the earth to make sure your closing will go through. Even after two buyers backed out, Robert still hung in there and we finally sold after 10 grueling months. He has the patience, the experience and a steel determinination to help you.Don't go anywhere else. Call him.

Hard working and thorough
I've used SE Title for closing and title work on three different properties. They handled all flawlessly including one that had an ugly outstanding bill from the city. They were helpful and patient, educating me and never tried to get out of doing hard work. They never put the project off to someone else and always have a great price. Impressive.

Great Service
At the suggestion of our lender, my wife and I shopped for the best price for doing the title insurance & closing for our re-finance. Southeast Title was the best value we found. THEN, when my wife could not travel to attend the closing because of a conflict at our son's school, attorney Julia Jones came to our home to complete the transaction. Thanks to Julia and Southeast Title - Unbelievable!

Flexible and affordable
I have worked with Southeast Title on two mortgage closings. I was the borrower in both cases. The ease of working with the legal team was the best I have ever experienced. They were always responsive prior to closing if I had questions and were efficient, friendly and affordable. I would highly recommend them.
