I gave this place a shot 2years ago. I really like the manager, Tim, seems like an honest, professional man. Gave me a good price on tires. Took back for service afterwards, using a coupon, which they honored, but found very minor items to jack the price back up. Took back again, giving a second shot, coupon again - same deal. I've owned cars for at least 10-15years at a time (same types), father in-law was mechanic, never before have I've been told such minuscule items needs to be fixed/replaced. Wasn't going to go back, but like I said, Tim seems like a good guy. Called prior to see if they would honor coupon, Inspection/Emissions/Oil Change - all for one low price. They said yes. After they came back with $800 worth of work that "should" be done, but not required for inspection, I went to pay for the bill & they charged me extra for the oil change. I explained that I called previously, they stated could use coupon, but now they said they couldn't. I told them flat-out they lost my business!! It's obvious they just want to get paid the MAX for everything & in this time of economic depression everyone is looking to save money etc.. Why put a coupon out there if you're not going to honor it!!
Stay away if you want to keep some cash in your wallet!!

I have used Rosemont Tire for 15 years and find them to be helpful, friendly, and effective. On the rare occaison that I have had an issue, they have gone out of the way (at their cost) to resolve. It is hard for me to imagine that there is any place better!

I went in asking for one simple thing to be done, and then they went and did five other things without even asking--and then charged me for them! Not helpful at all, and the thing they did do broke within the next few weeks...

They gave me 2 bad alternator and said since they already replaced it once they did not have to replace again even though 2nd alternator went bad within a year of it being replaced. They will scam you out of all of your money.
