The crew moved my console piano today. They met me at the home of the instrument's previous owner and were quick, careful, and polite. The guys seem genuinely proud of their work (offering to show us some photos of pianos moved recently). They asked me what route I'd like them to take and were notably careful driving (taking extra care in intersections, over bumps, etc). The care continued at my home where we discussed which entrance would have the best approach. The only way the process would have been smoother would have been if traffic hadn't delayed the start. Southeastern had a price that beat any of the large moving companies and the owners are the ones doing the work, so they have a vested interest in doing things properly.
