Southern Fitness

My husband signed my son up for membership in December of '09 just so he could get a spot on the mma training when it was "supposedly" going to start in february. We have been paying monthly dues all this time, and $100 up front to have "0" training for my son.
What a waste of money it has been for us.
This was a total let down and they didn't even have the decency to contact us and tell us there was going to be no training.

As soon as you enter Southern Fitness you are hit with the heavenly aroma of coffee and smiling faces. This gym is like no other, they offer free coffee to members! I myself, am a coffee fanatic so i place with free coffee to offer me after my workout was a major plus!The staff is like no other i have met, they are very nice and really want to get to know you on a first name basis. This gym is not just a regular health club to me any longer, its like a big family. The staff is willing to assist you with any needs you may have and answer any fitness related questions. The staff is well educated on all of the new health and fitness strategies that will help you achieve your new goal! So i very much recommend this gym!

i have been in some gyms in my lifetime, and never had the quality of workout that i get at southern fitness. My body is changing and reshaping for the better. the staff is very nice and encouraging, and they offer all types of classes, and promotions to encourage members to get into better shape and better their overall health. The gym is clean, the bathrooms are awesome, and they have the kids area that has a wii and a x-box (makes me want to go in there). they have a cardio cinema that has 3 plasma screen tv's that you can watch any channel you want while doing your cardio which makes you forget so you have no trouble getting on the treadmill for a while. But the equipment in there is newer, and that makes all the difference when you are trying to get in better shape. i can't give this gym enough praise and encourage anyone who wants a great workout to visit.
