Disappointed and Disgusted The loss of a loved one is not the time to prey on the families emotions. In my experience with Southern Memorial Gardens staff, they appeared to be trusting and considerate of your situation. (What a smoke screen)Trust me; after your loved one has been laid to rest, the truth comes to light. Trust me, your initial discussion will be changed and your paperwork will be also being changed...without your knowledge. Entering into an agreement to handle services for a family who just lost their loved one does not give SMG the green light to take advantage of the family's situation. They allow you to leave with the understanding and the signed paperwork to confirm the arrangements you have just completed. Can someone explain to me what give SMG the right to make their own changes without the families consent or the common courtesy to discuss those changes? All I can say is, "What goes around comes around" and God will take care of those who cause more pain to his children.
