I hired Southern Perfection Painting, Inc to paint the outside of my house and to do some wood repair. I found this company to be very professional, quick and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend this company. I will use them again for the inside of my house

I hired Southern perfection to clean and stain my wood privacy fence. Any pain professional should know that stain has to be applied WITH the grain. These guys used sprayers and applied the stain in a horizontal pattern -- leaving my fence hideously striped when it dried. I went to Sherwin Williams to buy some stain to try to fix it, and they warned me that my wood was probably sealed, meaning it will not absorb a second coat. If I apply it, it is likely to peel off within days, and they will not refund it, since it is the fault of the original painters and not of Sherwin Williams product. I wish I could attach pictures to this review. You would never hire these people.

Southern Perfection, I think NOT! The name should be Southern Below Avg. at best. The pressure washer arrived at my home more than about 2 hours late, unprofessional. The paint supervisor was supposed to match a paint color to a burgundy shirt. He returned from the paint store with a bright purple paint, like Barney the cartoon character. Luckily, I stopped the painters from using this on my house and I intervened to get the color corrected since the supervisor couldn't see that this was a completely different color than I requested. Once my garage door was painted, they left steaks on the door and between the panels with some of the original white paint still visible. I chose a semi-transparent stain before work began and the crew painted my deck and front porch with the wrong stain, a solid-colored wood stain that turned out orange, which started peeling and cracking 3 months later. Before they left the job site, I complained and they said I should call the Owner-his brother to get it corrected, but he was on vacation and out of reach. Afterwards, I complained to the Vice President who was another brother and he said there was nothing he could do since I chose the stain in a very unprofessional tone. I explained that it was the wrong stain and that I was dissatisfied and expected them to make correct it. After complaining to everyone in the office nobody ever followed up with me again or came back to correct it. This company gives Black-owned businesses a bad name!

Southern Perfection painted my house and repaired wood around my windows and soffits. The quote was very reasonable and the service very professional.
