This company is terrible. They claim to know sprinklers when in reality all the owners have ever done is to take classes. They try and up sell you on pressure reducers that are not needed and HOPE that will fix the problems, it usually does not. Pick someone else. The owner is rude and the office lady is terrible. The lady with the accent does not know how to talk to customers

Company is total ripoff. The guy who comes for review charges for his time. Then he sends his crew for work without any supervisor. You cannot get hold of the guy who gave you the initial estimates.

Totally money minded company. No guarantee of work. Their estimates are way too low. So when you hire them, prepare to pay way more than they estimated.

BAD company! not worth the call
owner reads a book and thinks he knows irrigation, only book smart , Not a repair or renovation company, they will scare you with legal issues, i believe owner has law degree or use to have one.Stay away !

Not a good company. While they were prompt, they were pushy and tried to use scare tactics to sell up more service than was needed. They over charge for service. Telling me they should charge for two men to install a sprinkler head because they sent two. The number of people a company send to a job is not my problem. TWO PEOPLE FOR A SPRINKLER HEAD AT $135 an hour.

The owner is very rude on the phone while I called back because things were not working right. Basically he said, if I had installed the $over 400 of new pressure values and stuff, I would not have a problem. I called another company whose name start with and L and they replace the head the Southern put in and things are working great. Bottom line. Don't trust every supplier from Service Magic

I had them repair my system after we were finally able to water again. They were on time, fast, efficient, and charged less than I thought it would be. I found the owner to be very informative about the system as well as some landscaping questions I had. I have a contract with them and would not think of changing.
