I am a soaper. What started as a hobby has steadily grown into an all-consuming passion, and (I hope) into a full-time job.
I stumbled upon Etsy and was enamored with the concept of a site dedicated to handmade, and thought it would be an excellent place to sell my products! My soaps are made the old-fashioned way, using the cold process & hot process methods. If you would like more info on the soapmaking process, please convo me! I love what I do and love educating people about the process!
I take pride in the quality of my soaps and bath & body products. I use only the best oils, luxury butters, herbs, spices, milks, essential oils, and fragrance oils in my products. All colorants are approved for cosmetic use, including clays, micas, oxides, and FD&C colors.
Many of my items can be customized, please convo me to formulate something just for you!
Payments:
I am only accepting payments through Paypal and Google Checkout at this time. If using Paypal, please do so with the link provided at checkout. To use Google, please choose "other" as your form of payment and wait for an invoice. Convo me if you would like help with the sometimes confusing checkout process. I would be happy to walk you through it!
Shipping:
I ship using the USPS. All parcels weighing less than 13 ounces will ship First Class. Anything over 13 ounces will ship Priority Mail. Priority rates begin at $4.60 and go up from there. Most orders will ship for no more than $8.95, if I can utilize the Flat-Rate Box. I do not charge a handling fee. If you over pay on shipping, I will promptly refund the difference.
To My International Customers:
I do not charge any customs when sending your packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Southern Vermont Soap & Sundries is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
Returns:
Returns are accepted for merchandise credit. I am sorry, but the buyer must pay return shipping.
