I went to Mrs. Olivia in sincere need of service. I was done, I need change in order to feel secure within myself again. My hormones were changing, and hair was growing from everywhere. I just knew since she was a black woman she could relate to my needs. The facility was nice and clean, very professional, but she was unable to met my needs. I started breaking out in my face, and she never tried to help me treat it. She just said; "it will get better as the hair starts to thin." So I tried to tough it out, but my family started complaining and I just decided to stop treatments with her. It was a miserable experience. I'm still searching for permanent hair removal from a board certified electrolysis that knows how to prevent infections and can offer successful results.

I cannot recommend this place. Leslie charged $66 for an hour and did not treat hairs adequately. The hairs should have slid out. That's how you know they are really being treated. She was just "treating" briefly and plucking. I left seeing A LOT of half broken off hairs that she plucked. I felt her treat one and pluck 3 hairs at times. A could of weeks later, I am stuck with a bunch of ingrown hairs due to her horrible service. Do not go here. It is a waste of your money and a scam if they are not going to truly treat your hairs.

Only downside is that it's on the southside. Very professional, personable service. They offer a variety of services like peels in a nice, clean environment.
