Wasn't that Impressed!
Just got a color done and even though I asked the stylist to go lighter I walked out with a darker shade. I had no idea they charged extra for a blow dry as how are you supposed to know what the end result looks like without having it dried. So that was an extra charge! They didn't offer anything to drink and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It wasn't what I thought it would be and I will be going back to my other stylist.
