I have traveled the country and have been to several first class spas...Spa OM Magie is average. I called at 9 a.m. to schedule an appointment for the following week and was put on hold for over five minutes. When Reception took me off hold, she asked for my name and phone number and said she'd call me back. By 3 p.m. I had not received a call from them, so I called again. Reception seemed "too busy" again and placed me on hold. Another person answered and booked my massage for the following week. I arrived for my massage 20 minutes early, no beverage was offered. I arrived early hoping they offered a Steam Sauna (which they didn't). I am told that they don't have me on the schedule. They have only two Massuers at the location and they are both booked. I left work early and now pretty I'm disappointed. Reception offers me a complimentary foot bath for 20 minutes while they "figure" things out. They made an adjustment and squeezed me in. The massage itself was heavenly and I enjoyed it, even though it was 40 minutes instead of sixty. However, my opinion of Spa OM Magie is that the Service offerings are just mediocre and while the decor is lovely, they need to expand offerings & improve the Reception process. The Atlanta "Spa" Market is quite competitive and I have experienced better experiences at other Spa's in Atlanta. I will not be back to Spa OM Magie.

I wish I had read the negative reviews before patronizing these con artists. Some time ago I went in to buy a gift certificate for my wife. They poured tea for me, showed me the premises and sold me on buying a gift certificate for a massage and a manicure. Now that my wife has finally decided to use it, they have pointed to the expiration date and refuse to honor it for its full value. To begin with, when I bought it they never said that it had to be used within 12 months. What's really upsetting is that the purchase is still clearly in their computer system. They know perfectly well that they sold the cert to me. They just refuse to honor it ... and I live literally across the street from Om Magie. So much for good neighbors. Go somewhere else.

The brochure stated the Passage to India package was 4 hours, which is plenty enough time to perform the services and yet I was still there at 6:30pm. I was left standing in the hallway multiple times awaiting my next treatment. The massage therapist barged into the room 3 times while she knocked when I was naked. The manicurist was very nice, but shaved off skin on the outside of my right foot causing an abrasion and filed right through the skin on my big toe. (It's been 2 days and I can't touch the outside of the foot to anything without pain. I can send pictures if needed. The facialist told me she was a student at the International School of Skin & Nailcare on Roswell Road. Facials by students are $17 ($35 for European) and my husband booked services here assuming they use licensed estheticians. She could not understand my questions, nor could I understand what she was asking me to do before, during, and after the facial. Although she was very proud to be a student awaiting citizenship, she's working without a license. They would not provide the individualized yoga session. They switched the yoga session for a mani/pedi combo because I already knew how to do yoga. They told my husband it was because they didn't have time. They booked another client for a facial to further their income instead of providing the services described in the package. I will not return.

It was my first time ever going to a spa and I'm glad I went to Spa OM Magie! From the service, atmosphere, and very courteous employees, Men's Night is such a great way for guys to feel comfortable and pampered. I would definitely recommend any guy who's thinking about getting a massage to go and check it out for yourself.

I wanted to get ready for swim suit season and a friend recommended this place. They were great. The lady did make a comment about my gorilla back and that she would need to charge extra for the weed wacker. I didn't mind because it's true. I looks like I have a racoon strapped back there. i was very pleased with their work.

I'm so glad you had a good experience but, I think you went to another Spa since We haven't had any Back hair removal recently. Call us if we can help you in future and I love to see you here soon. Have a wonderful day and take care.
Spa Om Magie is one of the BEST spas I have ever been to, and I have been to many!!! When you walk in the door the ambiance is spectacular! I had the Mani/pedi service from Jessica. She is absolutely wonderful and very friendly!! If anyone wants to experience a little piece of heaven, than this is definitely the spa for you!!!!

What a great experience. It was better than I expected. I had a facial that was out of this world. The whole process was so relaxing.....I was afraid that I couldn't make it home without falling asleep at the wheel. This spa is owner operated and it is apparent that they strive for repeat business and great customer service. Another great surprise, I wasn't hounded to purchase any products......like most of the other spa's impose on you. Give this spa a try. I highly recommend it.

If you are looking to feel truly special, look no further than Spa Om Magie. I have been to countless spas around the country, but have yet to find competition to what I experienced at this peaceful retreat. After my signature facial and 90 minute massage, I could hardly bring myself to leave the warm blankets of the treatment tables, the soft hands of my knowledgeable therapists, the claming smell of cookies and jasmine... my visit to Spa Om Magie was exceptional. I confidently recommend this boutique spa to anyone looking for real service, real pampering, and real atmosphere that includes a welcoming team of professionals. A+

My husband and I went to Spa OM Magie for our first couples massage together. We where greeted at the door as soon as we walked in by the owner. She seated us and asked immediately if we would like a beverage. She was extremely friendly and polite. Our massages where wonderful. The evironment was relaxing and very clean. We where taken care of from start to finish. After the massage we where given hot tea and biscuits. I would recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for a day of pure relaxation and pampering. We are looking forward to our next visit.
