Terrible!
I booked this company to clean for me because I was in a pinch. They showed up with very unprofessional attire and attitude, but I decided to hire them to do to the cleaning because it was an emergency. They never showed up the following day to clean (after our initial meeting). When I called to see if/when they were going to show up, the main office phone number was disconnected. I called the same cell phone number that I called to set-up the initial meeting and spoke with the owner. He said he had never heard of me and had no idea what I was talking about. This is one of the worst experiences with a cleaning company that I've ever had - from start to finish.

Great Job
I contacted 4 different companies to provide janitorial cleaning in my office. 2 of these companies never sent me a quote back. The other 2 did, Sparkle Clean and another un-named company. The 1 company quoted me 81% higher then Sparkle Clean did, and the references they provided were less then steller. Sparkle Clean did a fantastic job! Highly recommended!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL - Worst cleaning service
This is a very unprofessional cleaning service company. They did not show up for the first appointment. They rescheduled for Monday - showed up two hours late and then did not clean the place because they got a call to clean at another location - I mean what? They didn't even contact me to let me know - they just left the key under the mat and left. It was not until I called to see how things were going 3 hours later that they let me know. Plus I was handing over the property back to the leasing company that day so they completely left me in a lurch. I mean this is how they run a company? This is how they treat their clients? This is the worst cleaning service company. Do not waste your precious time with them.
