My family and I used to attend Sparkles because it appeared to have a better environment than that of other skating rinks in and around Hiram. After my recent visit I can now attest that the once positive environment is rapidly deteriorating. This is culminated by the fact that the staff at Sparkles lacks the control, professionalism, and overall customer service skills needed to run a successful business. The management in specific is blatantly rude and disrespectful to their customers. During my last visit I observed two staff members, Marty Brooks (General Manager) and Sarah Mosby, verbally assault a young, albeit adult, female customer and personally insult her. Their behavior was appalling. Not only is the Sparkles staff ill equipped, the skating rink itself leaves a lot to be desired. The laser tag equipment is faulty (most vests/guns do not even work), the skating floor is not kept up to par, and unruly skaters reek havoc without fear of repercussions. If seeking family fun and entertainment in the area, do not support Sparkles unfriendly "family-oriented" business.

definatley not a place for family fun ...place has no floor guards that are doing their jobs they are either on cell phones on the skate floor or skating to the music they play... .no mix up in the music same music evertime u walk in the door.everything there is so over priced small drink 2.00 candy 1.50 seems to be all about $$$
