We purchased a lovely piano for our new home about 7 months ago. It was a great piano...plus I would get 3 warranty piano tunings in the first year and 12 year warranty if anything happened to the piano. I called to schedule my first tuning 5 months ago. Phil's son answered and said they were no longer in business and I could not get my free tuning. I called again last week...no one answered. What surprised me was I got a call back from Specialized piano by mistake. They were confirming a delivery appointment for a piano the next day for another customer. When I corrected Phil's son and said asked if they were still in business and if I will get my tuning he said they were in business and I can get my tuning. I called to schedule my tuning with Phil and never got a call back. I don't imagine I will. I understand Phil is a pastor and a generally nice person according to those who meet him, however, that does not excuse the lies, stealing, and disrespect of customers.

I trusted Specialize Piano Inc a local piano company to move my piano from "A" to "B". I paid the moving cost plus extra to account for the fuel increase which was over 1st est. I wanted to support a local Family run business and I thought I would receive better service and care too. I was incorrect. the Piano was damage during the move and even Phil the owner admitted there was damage. After many calls, conversations and Emails the damage has not been fixed and now no call backs. I was told they were bonded and insured, this is hard to believe since I understand he was tring to get the sublet mover to pay for the damages. I was also told they moved the pianos not a sublet company. Please do not make the mistake I made and pay after delivery if you give them a try

We had posted a Yamaha Spinet piano on craigslist.org,and they had seen it and wanted to buy it. We had originaly posted it for $1500.00. Specialized Piano made an offer of $800.00,so we accepted their offer. When they had come to take the piano away, they said they would only pay $600 because there was a hair-line crack in the sound board. So we let them purchase it for the $600.00....Exactly one day later they re-posted it on their website (Specialized Piano Inc.). In their ad they posted they didn't even say there was a crack in the soundboard! They are trying to SCAM some one else! If that wasn't bad to begin with, they had posted my son's pictures from craigslist.org on their website!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! They buy these pianos from induviduals for cheap prices, and then they jack up the prices in their store!!!!! THAT'S NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PHONIES!!!!!!!! If you are looking for a good piano, buy one off of craigslist.org from an induvidual for an INCREDBLE price!!! DO NOT BE TAKEN BUY SPECIALIZED PIANO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Specialized Piano was recommended to me by a friend. I used them to move an upright piano from my downstairs to my upstairs. It took them less than 45 minutes and took care to place it on a board and pad the piano to protect it. They were also able to schedule me the next day after I called to request the move. I called a few other locations to get estimates for comparison and Specialized Piano came in at under 50% of the prices estimated to me from some other movers. I would highly recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Great company to work with. Phil and his crew were very accommodating and provided a good service at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using this company for anyone who may be in need of having a piano moved. Call them first... you will not be disappointed.

These guys are great! They moved an antique player piano for us and when they got it to the house discovered that it would not go thru the doors to get where we wanted to put it. They tried every way possible to get it in where we wanted it but due to door size we had to place it in a different room. To do this they had to move another piano within the house first. Even with all of this extra effort the price was what they originally quoted. I obviously paid them more but through all of their effort their attitude was positive and friendly and they made every effort humanly possible to meet our requirements. Way above average folks.

We had a very busy day and tight schedule with picking up, dropping off kids. Emailed Phil...very courteous and responsive. Scheduled the pickup of our piano from a guy across town the next day...Phil picked up the very nice, antique piano and dropped it off for me when I couldn't be there. No problems at all. I highly recommend these fellows!

Phil and his men were highly skilled and professional! They expertly took my baby grand piano to my basement and set it back into my livingroom several weeks later after some work had been done in our home. They called and arrived on time! They were patient with my "adjustments" as well. They even carried a heavy package for me upstairs! I highly recommend Specialized Piano movers and will use them again if the need arises.

Recently, I had the good fortune to buy a piano in TN. Then arose the question of how to transport it to Fulton County, GA, where I live. I read good reviews about Specialty Piano and Organ Movers in Alpharetta GA (where I live), so I gave them a call. They committed to, and followed through with delivering the piano the very next day, in perfect condition. Great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to move a piano. Yvonne L. They took excellent care with moving the baby grand piano that has been in my family for almost 80 years - a most treasured and priceless heirloom. I am always anxious whenever it has to be moved. Phil and his crew did a fantastic job - they were well coordinated as a team and friendly too. The price was reasonable and the quality of their work was well worth it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
