Poor and expensive service
We had this company come out to service three Club Car golf carts, they tried to charge for time writing up the bill, did a bad job of explaining their charges, provided poor service, and did not respond to complaints. Examples, one cart's battery died the next day, charged for cleaning and gapping a just installed new sparkplug, and have not responded to install a voltage limiter which had been left off of the cart previously purchased from Specialty.
