I called and booked Louis Guzzo, DJ for our daughter's wedding. My daughter and her fiancÚ met with Louis to pick out music, etc. He promised them that he would be there himself. He gave them his phone number. Their wedding day came, and Spectrum sent a stand in DJ who was totally unaware of the bait and switch . We called Mr. Guzzo on THE actual wedding day to find out why he wasn't there himself and he did NOT answer his phone. Since then, I've heard of this happening OFTEN with Spectrum Entertainment. BEWARE: They will BAIT and SWITCH.

I booked Matt Osborn with Spectrum Entertainment about six months before our wedding. He was amazing to work with! He took time to sit down with me and work on completing our event planner, and he followed up with me the week of the event. At the wedding, everything ran exactly as we planned, and our families and guests had a great time! He got people out on the floor dancing, which was exactly what we wanted. He was very professional to work with and proved to be a very low stress vendor to have. I could not have appreciated our experience with Spectrum Entertainment any more!

DO NOT USE SPECTRUM ENTERTAINMENT! I worked with them for months before my wedding and was assured that I would get the DJ that I asked for. I met with the DJ and felt comfortable with him handling the event. The DJ showed up, played some background music during the cocktail hour and dinner, and then LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY WEDDING, BEFORE THE DANCING EVEN STARTED! He left a back-up DJ to handle the party, who I had never met before and who did not have a good understanding of what we wanted. When I took the time out of my own wedding to try and stop the DJ from leaving, the company manager refused to answer my calls, although I knew he had his phone with him. After the wedding was over, I asked the manager to explain what happened, and the company refused to tell me. I paid a lot of money to use Spectrum and they acted completely unprofessionally. DO NOT USE THEM!
