Deceptive Practices
At this location, I told employee my engine light was on and I needed a emission test. The employee at this location told me to get out of my car and that he would take my car from here and do the test. The employee told me 10 minutes later my vehicle failed the test. Then he said, you will always have a failed test when your engine light is on. So I said, why didn't you tell me that before you jumped into my vehicle. He said the State Law prohibits him for telling customers. I paid the $25.00 but I told him that was wrong to do. He kept asking me, if I had a Mechanic to do the work, I told him I will try to get in touch with a Mechanie. He wanted me to let this location do the repairs. I told him I have a Mechanic. He told me I could come back in 30 days and get a free test. After I got my car back, it nevered ran the same, it immediately started cutting off on me, I believe he did something to my vehicle, in hopes I would get it fixed there. I went back the same day of the following month to retest and they didn't honor there word. They said it had been 31 days including weekends and my 30th day ended on a Sunday which they are closed. They highlighted 30 days on my emission test but failed to mention they count weekends and they are closed on Sundays. If your 30th day is on a Sunday, and your vehicle is not ready to test the Saturday before and you go for retest the next business day they are open. They don't honor retest. I will never ever go there again.
