The place to go when you need car work in San Dieg
I love the guys that operate this shop. They are professional! Dad and Son operation, honest, and friendly. We had our 2003 Ford Focus in for a leaky transmission gasket. Turns out that I had overfilled the transmission. I endorse this shop! If you show up on a slow day work they will work a deal with you. Cheers guys! and take your Dad to Phil's BBQ. Speedy and then Speedy
Took my Volvo in because I needed some new tires and they gave me a great deal. They were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also checked out the rest of my car to let me know what else was needed. Good thing because my front brakes were totally gone and eating into my rotors. They gave me another great price on the brakes and wrote down some other things that I should think about taking care of in the future. Speedy Auto is a great one-stop shop, I even had a smog check done there. It's hard to find a mechanic you feel you can trust in this day and age, I'm just glad I finally found one.
Plus that they do have Auto Registration Services, they can give you the sticker renewal in same minute, but you should pay the fees by them!!
Sam's the man =)

Thanks to Speedy Speedy!!!
I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima. I was refereed to Speedy Auto from a friend. I had a check engine light and took it in to see if they can figure out what is going on.
Sam, the service writer greeted me and took my information and told me that It would cost 70 dollars for a diagnostic and after that we will tell you what is exactly needed to be replaced or repair for your check engine light to go away. I left the car there and got a call from Sam an hour later. He told me that I have one of the oxygen sensors that need to be replaced. He gave a price, and I checked it out with auto repair shops, It was really reasonable. I called him back and approved the repair. They were very honest with me and showed me the old part when I went and picked up my car, which is odd because not alot of repair shops take their time and explain to you what was done on the car. The people at Speedy Auto Repair do. I highly recommend them for any type pf repairs since they do and work on everything as I was told by them.

NotAllMechanics'reCreatedEqual& Rad's truly a find
Ummmmm.AMAZING! I'm a young female who realllllly doesn't know toooo much about cars. But I came out of this knowing more things about my car. LOVE IT! taking my car to a mechanic has been such a nerve-wrecking ordeal every time, but Rad made me feel like my car was in good hands. I refuse to go to anyone else now! He explained what was meant by "tune-up" (something other mechanics would not do-- ?!?) and he included things in the tune-up that other mechanics tried to charge extra for--leaking gasket repair, transmission flush etc. And the prices were great. I finally found my mechanic in SD!...

Great work, Good prices, honest shop. Speedy is #1
When I need auto work done, in the past, I will typically buy the parts, procrastinate for a while, find some excuse not to do it myself, and take it somewhere and pay a bunch of money to have it done.
Four reasons why I will recommend Speedy to everyone I know:
1. Great Prices- I always shop around and the prices at Speedy auto are very fair.
2. Honest Staff- I was told it wasn't necessary to replace an engine part, and he turned my check engine light off.
3. Customer Service- The staff is respectful, I didn't encounter any pigs. My car was done when I was told it would be.
4. Knowledgeable Owner- I asked Sam alots questions and got intelligent answers.
I will not procrastinate anymore. My little pickup will go straight to Speedy shop as soon as I've got the requisite parts and excuses.!
