Spence HVAC installed the system in my new home. The system never has operated correctly and stopped working two weeks after we moved in. Since that time our air and/or heat have gone out several times and it was always such a challenge to get them to our house to repair it. The lady that answers the phone is very rude and simply hangs up on you when you try to make an appt. I am switching to another company and signing a service agreement with them.
