Spent a lazy summer morning in this lovely store with an absolutely charming young assistant named Kayla who helped me pick out a wonderful Vera Bradley purse and wallet in the new Symphony in Hue pattern. She introduced me to Lindsey Phillips flip flops and super cute ballet flats with interchangeable embellishments - I bought both! She also spent considerable time explaining Trollbead charm bracelets and I now know what to put on my Christmas list! Simply a wonderful shopping experience!! If you go to Covington, don't miss this darling store

After going to this store today and being completely talked down to by an employee (with an accent) I will never go there again. Yes, they are a "quaint little store" but this employee was so rude when I asked a question about the price of an item that I will never be back. Another customer even saw and overheard her speaking down to me and had this awe-struck look on her face. I cannot believe people in the retail business can afford to keep employees such as her. Please be fore-warned before you step foot in this store. Serendipity is just down the road in Conyers and will bend over backward to help you in any way possible.

I tried to exchange a pursepurchased at Spires and the staff was rude. They did not want to exchange the merchandise even with a receipt. They wanted to blame it on the company, but I verified that the company did allow exchanges.

I am not alone in saying that I have experienced the worst costumer service at this store...the staff has been down right rude to me on more than one occasion. I will not step foot back in that store. Please do not shop there unless you never plan on returning anything for any reason.

I live in downtown Covington, and I want to see the local businesses succeed, but when it comes to "Spires on the Square" I gladly take my business elsewhere. They have refused to return unused, unopend gifts; they will not extend their return policy around the Christmas Holiday; and they seem at odds with Vera Bradley (there most sucessful product line) represenatives when it comes to sale prices and return policies. Even more unbelievabe is that I have heard other horror stories from people and have read similar reviews. Just read the other review currently posted! Don't be lured by the charming decor, free gift wrap, and small town feel. This place is as "customer NO service" as the biggest of coporations. STAY AWAY!!!

Do not buy ANYTHING at Spires on the Square in Covington. They have the worst customer service I HAVE EXPERIENCED! Not only are they rude to me but to people who I send in there- do make the mistake! The return policy should not even exist. I had to give one star but I dont think it even deserves that!
