Ms. Ora Wright taught both of my boys and I am proud to say that she identified their giftedness immediately. She is an excellent teacher and caregiver. She will take your child to a level that other schools just don't or won't go!

Really get to know how your childs day was! Our daughter started in Spirit of the Wind at 10 months and learned a tremendous amount in just 1 year. Among many things, she took her 1st steps, learned to socialize, recognize + speak her abc's, and numbers in English + Spanish, feed herself and change her clothes. In comparing our experience with other schools, Ms. O stood out as being focused on nurturing our child with care, while easing her into being independent. We really liked that we got daily, personalized and detailed feedback on how our daughter was doing. Thank you Ms. O!

My daughter started with Ms. O when she was 1.5 years old, she is 5 now and still remember Ms. O. Ms.O is very responsible and creative. I always could trust Ms.O and new she will take good care of my child. She potty trained my child and I will never forget that!!!
My preschooler started with Ms O when she was a toddler...she started eating her veggies and requesting them. She learned Spanish and loves going to school. I wouldn't think twice about placing baby number two with Ms.O! Ms O is caring, loving, and firm. Her approach is effective and loving. This was my best investment.
Ms. O as a great teacher -- very creative and energetic, and a strong disciplinarian. Her Montessori-like approach is a great way to transition your child into a more structured learning environment. The Spanish classes are a definite plus. A diamond in the rough with great value for your $$ in Southwest Atlanta.
Spirit of the Wind has been the best start to ours son's education! With Miss "o"'s kind, caring and effective learning program, we are confident he has had the best start to his education and learning!

My granddaughter has been attending this fantastic school for a while. As a young toddler, she was a bit "undisciplined". Ms. O (as she is affectionately called by her students)is a combination professional teacher and loving "grandmother". She has a way of gently, yet firmly, guiding her students to succeed. Within a few short months, there was such a postive improvement in not only my granddaughter's behavior but also her learning. I highly recommend The Spirit of the Wind. Your child deserves the best!!!

My son started at Spirit of The Wind when he was 20 months old with very little language and no experience in a structural setting. Within months he began following directions, demonstrating an understanding of life skills and speaking both English and Spanish! He spent an academic year at Spirit of the Wind and grew to become a bilingual, disciplined, caring, and intelligent young man. Spirit of the Wind is a nurturing environment with great staff, wonderful programs and an age-appropriate rigorous curriculum.

Spirit of the Wind offers the best of both worlds. The Montessori influenced enviroment that teaches independence and use of tools/application in learning in addition to a nurturing and loving environment. My son is now 6 years old and is still has very fond memories of his time with Ms. O. He is extremely polished and often commended for being so mature for his age. I owe so much of it to being in this learning & loving enviroment.
This Montessori influenced learning environment is ideal for any child living in SW Atlanta. The primary teacher (Mrs. O) is an expert (former top Montessori Teacher) in the Montessori method. Her learning environment is small, safe, and inviting and truly affordable. We were so fortunate to have our son taught by Mrs. O. Our son is now a top student in a private school in Atlanta thanks in large part to Mrs. O!
