extremely professional and a delight to work with
KAREN cleaned our home for the first time last week and she did an incredible job! The cleaning was very thorough, she took her time and made my home "sparkle"! she was a delight to have in the house and she was very accomodating to my "work from home" needs. I look forward to having her back. A+!

Reliable service, attentive management
We've been using Sponge & Sparkle for 18 months and have been pretty happy. They have been very easy to work with and are quite reliable. Cleanings are fairly consistently good quality (any complaints or special requests are promptly attended to). We encountered one problem with them not showing up when scheduled (granted, we had shifted days), but they called to let me know early in the day and offered to clean our house the next business day for half price. Overall we've been pleased and would recommend them.

Very Professional
We found Sponge & Sparkle based on good reviews online. Thus far, we have enjoyed their professionalism (corporate & cleaning staff) & flexibility. Their pro-active emails/phone-calls make us feel that we are in good hands.
