good customer service,until u decide not to buy!
they will sit down with you and they will smile ,but the minute you tel them that you want to look arround for more .they wouldn`t even give you the chance to say bye.i was ready with my cash to buy with the price they told but i tried to bargain a littile bit and that`s when i descoverd the ugly costomer service he left sitting at the table and took off so i took my money and i went to to a defferent store .don`t go there

Change of ownership = change of competence
I have been working on my bike now for over 2 months because ever since Sports West was taken over by Ride Now Power Sports, these guys keep NO parts in stock. EVERYTHING is a special order, and THEY CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I will now be using Shawmut Hills for my Yamaha parts needs. They have a great site and much cheaper prices. Bad customer service and poor scheduling
I ordered a face shield from there parts counter. They said 7-10 days so I called after 2weeks as nobody called me. It wasn't in I called a week later and nothing. I waited one more week and finally went to the store. My face shield was in but it took them 30 minutes to find it and when I asked about a phone call they guy says you were supposed to call us. I told him he was doing bad business and I left never to return again. I had 2 tires put on my bike and they had a good price but took 8hrs. to install with an appointment.
