As a family, we have actually been going here for four years. Each time we go, there is a charge for $10 which seems to be 'unspecified' however they call this an OSHA disposal fee (per patient!). I questioned my insurance company on this charge and they have never heard of this! I did research on this 'fee' and dental offices should be including this fee into their cost of doing business. Every time we go here the fee's are more than what I feel they should be for the service provided, ending in a final bill above and beyond insurance. My insurance company say's Sprayberry Dental Associates charges are higher than 90% of the dentists within their zip code area in Marietta. While we do love Dr. Anderson very much, we have not been happy with the office staff. We will be finding another dentist and office to visit as I feel they price gauge. Just be cautious.

I've had all good experiences here in 5 years. The only beef I have is next appointment scheduling. They don't schedule over 30 days out, so you have to call and schedule later. Being the chicken and procrastinator that I am, this policy is very bad for my dental health.

After read some negative reviews, as a new patient, I went in on guard expecting the worst. I must say everyone from check in to check out were friendly and helpful. I do have an issue and will be back in a week and I will follow up then. But I have no complaints, they me treated well in every respect.

I've never had a problem with Sprayberry Dental. I've been going there for over 10 years. The hygienists are friendly and thorough. The dentists are great. Never had a problem with any work I've ever had done. They don't recommend unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend.

My wife when she was alive loved to go to Dr. Anderson. No complaint with the dentistry aspects. But the font-end staff--cold. This practice will not let you make a 6-month appointment, nor will they provide any reminders in 4 months to schedule your next appointment. The attitude seems to be "we have more than enough patients...doesn't really matter if you want't to come back." I expressed my concerns to one of the dentists, but nothing is done to change things. With my wife gone, I am going to move on to another practice.

This office has been on our dental plan for years. You have to call months in advance to make a cleaning appt. Will not let you schedule next cleaning appt when you are there. If you don't get in the call que (few hrs one day a month) you have to wait until the next month's call day to try to schedule appt. The hygenists they have now are extremely rough leaving your mouth sore for a week. In the past, cleanings were always very thorough but were not extremely painful. Last three crowns have resulted in having to have fillings through the crowns a yr or so after the crown was done. You pay all that money for crown (which looks nice) and then have to have fillings in them. If it rarely happened that is one thing, but the last 3 crowns in a row?

Don't want to mention any names, but I went to another dentist in East Cobb and all they wanted to do was up-sell me on a mouth-gard, deep cleaning (they refused to clean if I didn't buy the upsell deep cleaning) and they said I had a cavity. That was 2 years ago. I went to Sprayberry, thinking this was going to be another rip off job. Instead, they were very thorough, did the cleaning and polished my teeth, and had 2 dentists check the spot I supposedly had a cavity in and informed they did not see any cavity at all. I had Aetna insurance, and did not have to pay a cent. Donna was great at cleaning my teeth and was nice too! I didn't have to wait, and getting an appointment was easy. I really don't get all of the negative comments about these folks - they were great!

All of the bad reviews Sprayberry has gotten seem weird to me because I've been seeing them for 8 years and I've had nothing but good experiences. The front desk has always been easy to deal with, the hygenists are very friendly and helpful, and the dentists are very cool. Given their packed waiting room I don't think they are hurting for business and probably process a lot of patients in a day, so maybe this translates into customer service issues for some people. In response to some of the complaints, I have never personally had them recommend expensive procedures and I've gone through several long stretches without them finding cavities. In fact, one time when I did have a cavity, the dentist recommended a cheaper option since the cavity wouldn't be in a visible area of my mouth. And to suggest that they would make up cavities is just insane. Anyway, I think they are great and I won't be switching anytime soon.

Rude staff working at the front desk. The hygentist was decent, but the dentist was very quiet. he didn't make eye contact. he was just plain weird. he "said" he found three cavities. i haven't had a cavity since i was ten. i was shocked! he also said they were 160.00 a piece to fill! amazing he knew all the dental insurance i had was preventative (again because i haven't had a cavity in 22 years). i just didn't feel comfortable with what he said. i went to another dentist and also had a dentist friend take a look and they both said there were NO problems what so ever. not one cavity!!! STAY AWAY!

I have been with Sprayberry Dental for 20 years, when they had a tiny practice in a local shopping center. The dentists are excellent, and I know most of the hygenists by name (and their families). My family and I have always received excellent care here. The office staff is competent, and they went over and beyond when I had a problem with my insurance (the insurance company had messed up my name on the policy, and kept rejecting the claims). Keep in mind, the entire medical community is held hostage now by the insurance companies.

I was very anxious after reading all the other reviews, but had a great experience from beginning to end!! Each person I dealt with from the intitial phone calls, to the Front Desk, technicians, Dentist, and check out were perfectly pleasant and helpful. Dr. Knauer was great. I will continue to use Sprayberry as our family dentist and will be taking my children there as well!

Everyone is always in a bad mood and disrepctful to their patients. Front desk people are down right mean when you refuse to let them copy your drivers' licence. You can count on all of the staff being nasty and rude to you though the whole process. They are poor, next to impossible at getting an appointment when you need one too. You would think that they would think about who it is that pays their salaries, us the patients. I complained about how rude the dentist was and nothing, no one bothered to respond let alone apologize. THEY ARE NOT QUALITY DENTAL!
