I have used this company several times over the years and service seems to get worse everytime. Called in to schedule a service call for a leak. Was put on hold for almost 10 minutes (my phone shows elapsed time). Hung up, called back and the next person was able to assist me immediately, well right up until she had to check to see when their next available was. On hold another 5 minutes. Hung up. Went with a competitor
Have used them multiple times across several years for service calls and maintenance, but now can't even get them scheduled. Their phone people really need some development

So initially we had a couple of problems during install as they didn't complete everything that was part of the quote and had to send someone else back out. Additionally, the crew that did the original install argued with me over placement of a few sprinkler heads (it had been discussed at length with the salesman) as they were in difficult locations but eventually everything was (mostly) done. 2 sprinkler heads still overshoot a narrow rose bed and were never properly relocated because the installer assured me it'd be fine and it isn't. Rating 3.5 stars. A few months ago I called as we were now going into our second growing season with the sprinklers on the grass & had noticed that several heads were buried too deep now that the grass was established & growing taller. Asked if they would come out & adjust as as appropriate and was told: "sorry, but you're just outside our 1 year warranty period." Ok, well, it isn't like the heads sank & this was an original install flaw that couldn't be seen until the grass was established. Okay, whatever, I pressed them a little bit but not assistance was offered so I gave up figuring it'll be easier to deal with it myself. Rating reduced to 2.5 stars. So I went out today to start poking around at the system & find that the sprinkler heads for the flower beds have arcs that are completely adjustable so I've been over-watering (& overpaying water bill) as I was originally told they weren't adjustable. Rating reduced to 1 star.

Had a 2pm appt set for irrigation repair for today that had been set 3 weeks ago. Appt was set for time that was on company's routing schedule to begin with. Rec'd call from company at 10 am this morning that they needed to come on out now or would have to rebook my appt that had been set for 3 weeks for another time. I explained to them that I had already set my own work schedule around this appt that was set at their request and could not do that as I would not be home until 2. They did not care and could care less. Cancelled and will never waste time with them ever again! Being the most expensive per her., one would think they could keep their commitments. SPRINKLES STINKS,

Sprinkles has installed landscape lighting at my office about a year ago and did such a great job that I called them this year to install irrigation at my house and install new sod. These guys are top notch and do exactly what they promise. Their quote was not the lowest or the highest, but the value received is awesome. I will definitely use them again.

I had Sprinkles install an irrigation system for us, mostly because they came to look at the project when they said that they would. The project was difficult as there is not enough space for power tools, and everything was dug by hand. Steve handled it with no problems, finished when he said that he would, gave a complete explanation on controls and cleaned up every trace that they had been there. I have called twice for follow-up work and adjustments, and they sent someone very quickly. Those technicians were also on time and very helpful. You are not going to do any better than Sprinkles.
