The customer service in this store is nonexistent. I took a recently purchased HTC EVO 3D there because I had questions about setting up my yahoo email and because I though the quality of the pictures for my phone was inferior to other HTC EVO phones I've seen. The first question I was asked was "where did you purchase your phone?" When I mentioned I purchased from another store, they would not have anything to do with me. They told me to take my phone to that store. I don't care where I purchased my phone, if the store carries the SPRINT name, they should be able to answer simple questions such as mine, instead of disregarding me because I bought my phone elsewhere. Nowhere in the sprint contracts or commercials you see a disclaimer stating that if you have questions you should direct them to the store where you made your purchase. This is just poor customer service, and knowing they are this bad, I would never do business in that store in the future. I drove another 15 minutes to another sprint store (not where I purchased my phone) and they were welcoming and able to help me in 5 minutes. Don't do business with the Sprint store on Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker,GA USA or you will regret! PS,: By the way, I heard from 2 different employees that I should take my phone to the store where I purchased it, then they turned around before I was even finished with my question and started helping other people. I WARN you once again: Don't do business in this store!!!
