Sprint is good...but not this store!, 7/15/2010

I've been a Sprint customer for almost two years. I want to make it clear up front, I'm not fussing about Sprint as a company. This review pertains to the Sprint Store at Edgewood Shopping Center... in Atlanta, GA. This is the closest store to my house so I frequently go there to buy accessories, upgrades or address billing issues. In the past I've had mixed issues, sometimes you'd get superior service, other times you'd get crappy service. Yesterday was the last straw. I visited the store to return a product...issued handled no problem. Next on the list, I needed to cancel a phone line (one I'd recently activated) and place the phone I'd purchased on another account. Long story short, this request was not unusual. As a matter of fact this was something that THIS VERY STORE had done before. I'm guessing it's one of those "at the manager's discretion" kind of things. Adourra, the store manager, at first seemed like she was going to help us out. Then something happened, she kind of shouted out in general to the store "I'm gonna go ahead and say no after that comment". She got on her cell phone and walked out of the store. I tried to clarify what she was talking about but as expected, she was having nothing to do with me. It's a shame that they'll give any jack leg with an GED a manager's name tag. Long gone are the days of customer service...or at least as long as Adourra is manager. Avoid her like the plague.

WORST STORE AND PEOPLE in the WORLD, 5/11/2010

If I could have I would have given negative stars. This was absolutely 100% the worst experience I have had in any store EVER. These people (if you can call them that) are the most unhelpful, rude,... and inconsiderate morons I have ever met. I would be surprised if any of them graduated middle school. The homeless people sitting on the side of the road in L5P would be much more helpful.
