Went to the Sprint Store on 7470 W Bell Rd Ste 200 Glendale, AZ 85308 on July 1st, 2012 to purchase an upgrade to my current phone. I wanted to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S III, but was told that unless I purchase 2 accessories and/or $50.00 or over in accessories, that I would not be able to leave the store with the phone. I, believing what they said, made the purchase of 2 accessories that I did not want, totaling $60.00 plus tax. One of the items, an Invisible Shield, was put on my phone by one of the store representative. Not heeding the instructions, she placed the other accessory, a phone case, on the phone, and it peeled up the Invisible Shield. I tried to salvage the Shield, but was unable to, and returned to the store that same day, and had a representative replace it. Again, it was installed incorrectly and the Shield peeled up. I called Sprint Corporate, and was told that it was NOT policy to force customers to buy accessories, and that they should return the Invisible Shield. Upon returning to the store, they refused to take back the item. They also WILL NOT honor the Phone Buy Back Program. They are supposed to take back any old phone.... ANY. They would not take any of my phones and boy did I have a lot of phones to turn in. I had to donate them elsewhere, and the store screwed me out of my credit. I also had a phone number swap to complete, and they didn't even program the phone.... had to call sprint customer service and do it myself.

I have had sprint service for over 10 years and have never been treated so poorly in my life! The staff was rude and uncaring and the management was as well. There was a lack of customer service as well as human decency. I will be changing to another service provider.
