This is by far some of the worst customer service i have ever recieved at a mobile store, there are wayyyyy too many options out there for anyone to be putting up with this kind of service. This location is under terrible management and the unprofessional attitude of the individuals are disgraceful!! i went there to pick up my replacement phone after 3 days of not having a phone and the attitude i got from the sales rep was unbelievable, i will be calling the corporate office because this is unacceptable. ABSOLUTELY UNCACCEPTABLE!

Blake Fannin, an employee at this store, lied to us and ripped us off. My husband went to this store as a customer looking for a phone we could use overseas. Blake sold us an AT&T phone (guess none of the Sprint phones are as good?) and said it would work there. We found out that we would have to pay even more money to get it unlocked. He never told us that. When we asked for a refund he wouldn't give it to us. I would not recommend using this store as long as it has employees like Blake.

I would consider myself a tech savvy guy, so why wouldn't I use the internet to upgrade my phone or current Sprint plan? V-A-L-U-E. I can't say enough great things about Bob and his crew at Smarttalk. I've purchased phones, data cards and have made several changes to my plan over the last year or so. Every time I call or stop by, I'm left impressed with the amount of customer service and product knowledge I receive. Most cellular companies are more concerned with selling you and sending you on your way. It's far more difficult to maintain that same level of customer satisfaction over time. This is where Smarttalk goes above and beyond.
