I drive a 1999 Jetta and now that I've hit 100k miles it's been one problem after another. Prior to St. james, I would either take it to the dealer (long drive, or tow) or the Good Year place that does mechanic work which is near Alafaya/Lake Underhill. These places always charge way too much for labor, and refuse to put anything but original, new parts in your car (which in my case VW has ridiculously high prices on parts). Anyways- the last major thing that went wrong with my car (radiator) was going to cost $900 at Good Year, took it to St. James and he did it for $300. I also know the part costs were most of that. Next time something goes wrong with my car (knock on wood) I'll be taking it to James.

I have been a resident in East Orlando for five years. I have always had a great experience with James. Honest, reliable and won't rip you off. He specializes in electrical work, but he can pretty much do anything.
