Home Away from Home, 6/14/2013

My daughter has been attending St. John since she was 13 weeks old. As a new mom I was hesitant at first, but after only a few days I was very comfortable with the care they gave my infant. She is... now 18 months and LOVES going to "school." She smiles when I drop her off and is gleaming when I pick her up. She often doesn't want to leave her friends and teachers! I love this center and recommend it to anyone who wants top notch care for their child!

Couldn't be happier, 6/11/2013

My children have thrived at this school thanks to its wonderful and committed teachers and director. Child/teacher ratios are better than state mandates. The children are individually loved and... cared for. Lunch is included in the tuition so I don't have to worry about packing meals. Kids spend time outdoors every day on one of three playgrounds, weather permitting, and there is a large Hall to run around in when it rains. My kids don't want to leave at the end of the day :) I'll be sorry when they move on to kindergarten.

Great Daycare

We love this daycare. We know that when we drop our daughter off every day she is loved and attended to. All of the care takers act as partners in your child's development. There is very little turnover with most of the caretakers at the school 10+ years (from what my friends tell me, this is not typical). I have never had problems with them not feeding my daughter or not changing her (if anything, they want me to give her more food and I have walked in at random times and have seen them changing her).

do not send ur child here

I sent my infant to this school and pulled him from it after three months. He was not being changed as often as they said. I would bring him to school with no rash and would pick him up and he would have a rash from wearing a wet diaper all day. They did not feed him as often as they should have been. I would pick him up from school and he would be starving even though I leave extra food and a snack. My final draw was when I picked him up and found a bruise on his rib and a bruise on his bottom with a scratch and they did not write up an accident report. Please be aware of this school I have also seen teachers yell at preschoolers and yank them by the arms.
