I hired Christine Stadler for what turned out to be a lengthy and difficult divorce. She moved fast and efficiently and never lost focus month after long month. She knew just what needed to be done legally and it was first things first. She got him out of the house and got an order for support which saved my sanity. She was professional to work with but you will feel like you have a really good friend too. Through email we had convenient and open communication whenever needed. In court/mediation situations I could tell she was respected and liked by the mediators, judges and staff and that was very important to me. She knew how to get tough when we needed to - and she did. We made reasonable offers to move things forward but my ex was stupid and stubborn and forced us to a hearing. Big mistake. After Christine finished with him in front of the judge he ended up with much less than he would have gotten had he taken any of our original settlement offers. And he had triple the attorney fees. She's smart, current, tough, experienced and reasonable in her fees. I have already recommended her to at least 4 people and I would highly recommend her to you too.

Character, Integrity, Thorough, Organized, Available, Caring - We could not have chosen a better attorney to solve our legal needs. Christine and her staff were always available to answer our questions and provide solid legal advisement. Very experienced and manages her time well. The Judge was at ease because he knew she had "crossed all the T's and dotted all the I's"! Hearing that comment from the person deciding your fate is a positive relief. Happy Law Indeed - thanks Christine!

I have been divorced for over ten years now and needed an attorney to modify my current custody arrangement. I found Christine on the web (believe it or not) but it only took a few moments at our first meeting to realize that she was a go getter. After explaining my situation she quickly put me at ease and assured me that this was a very winnable case. Long story short, I now have "FULL" custody of both my children and my thanks can only go to Christine for. So to any fathers out there looking for someone to represent, call Christine, I did and am extremely grateful!!!!!

I had been divorced for 5 years and was in need of a strong attorney to help modify visitation with my ex. He's a serious lunatic so I knew choosing an attorney was going to be tough. When I met Christine and saw her great attitude when told my story, I knew she was a good choice. After a few weeks of working with her, I knew she was the BEST choice. She doesn't back down from a tough challenge and presents herself in the most dignified manner you could possibly ask for. Her no-nonsense approach cuts through ridiculous drama and she is incredible at keeping everyone's attention on what matters.. the children. She fought hard and won my case for me, keeping my child safe during those precious early years from a monster. I will always recommend her to friends and family. Her delightful personality and strong drive make a painful process doable.

As a professional, I recognize those winning qualities necessary to succeed. Christine is a champion of men and their little recognized desire to be strong and good fathers for their children. Christine's honesty, thoroughness, and determination is unparalleled, and I have found her to be exactly what is needed to take care of her client's needs.

I interviewed a number of attorneys as I was already divorced and needed to get custody of my three boys. I selected Christine and after our first hearing I was amazed. She attempts to work things out at first, but when the other side was not willing, she took charge and got me my boys. She was strong and passionate about my cause! I am glad she is on my side!

Love Christine's personality. She's great for taking care of all your paperwork required for a divorce, but if you aren't coming from a solid position and need an attorney that is going to have to really defend you against a hard hitting attorney and soon-to-be-ex, keep searching. If I had listened to Christine when I first went to her I probably would have been fine, but I didn't and ended up in a nasty divorce, which at that point I needed a very hard hitting attorney. Otherwise Christine could have handled my divorce.

I previously posted a good review before my divorce was final. It has turned into a nightmare because this law firm does not know how to handle QDRO's which has resulted in the splitting of assests to be delayed over 6 months now and counting. Please email me at: email@example.com if you would like further details.

Our work on the QDRO was done within weeks after the final. After I presented you with evidence that the delay was that of the Plan administrator you were not happy. Unfortunately, the legal process requires many different people to come together and it often takes more time than people are willing to wait.
I retained Christine solely based on her reviews on Kudzu and was in no way disheartened!! If you are looking for a dedicated, responsive attorney that has your best interest....LOOK NO FURTHER and call Christine today!! The next status conference is in 30 days and I'm looking forward to the permanent results as I know they will spectacular!! THANKS CHRISTINE!!!!

I could not be more satisfied with how my divorce turned out with Christine representing me. I now have FULL custody of my daughter, she got my ex agree to pay child support and my attorneys fees! She is well worth her retainer and WONT bleed you for money like other attorneys. She knows her stuff and will fight for what you want. Thank you Christine!

When I started my divorce/child custody proceeding I was using another attorney. I thought a male attorney would understand my situation and be on my side. He wasn't and set me up for permanent failure. Half way through the process, when I saw things were going to go badly, I went to Christine because of her Kudzu reviews. From our initial meeting, Christine got it. She was my advocate. I always felt like she was on my side. Although she gave me the good and the bad, she was always supportive of my decisions and positions and went to bat for me. My crazy ex had an equally crazy attorney who successfully bullied my previous attorney. Christine handled him like a pro, deflecting his barbs and calming standing firm when he would get irate. Bottom line: without going to court, I got my girls 50% of the time and a settlement I can live with without any regret or concern. My ex wanted alimony (we busted her for adultery), grossly high child support (we busted her for lying on her financial affidavit) and wanted to let me only see my girls every other weekend/two weeks in the summer (I basically raised my daughters while my ex partied). My ex got zero alimony, much less child support and I got my girls 50% of the time. Suffice it to say my ex hates the settlement agreement and wishes she didn't sign it. Too bad. She should have thought about hiring Christine in the first place. I am planning to hire Christine again when my girls are older and want to live with me most of the time.

I was in a potentially LONG (due to the attorney my husband picked) horrible, hurtful divorce and my x wanted everything to go all the way to a JUDGE (he wanted it to be like TV divorce) I picked Christine from Kudzu in hopes I would get a seasoned do the right thing attorney and I got way more. I feel I got a miracle and saved a ton of money but more important to me saved the hurt, drama and pain of a long divorce and we settled in Mediation where Christine stood by my side all day and night where we wrote a final agreement at 9:30pm at night. I am so thankful for Christine because she listened to what was important in what I was saying. She is extremely seasoned professional that has great knowledge of the law, fellow professionals and Judges all that play a BIG ROLE in the ins and outs of the divorce. I am so glad to have me and my daughter spared the long yucky divorce. Thank you so much!!! As a critical care nurse in my profession I feel that Christine has guided me through a terrible infection and got me up well and functioning as quickly and with the least damage possible!!!!! Now I can be a mom and live my life!

We went to Stadler Law Group for counsel on a Chapter 7 bankruptcy several months ago. We discussed our situation and provided all assets, income and information requested. We were told repeatedly that our investment properties were given the same exemption as a primary residence and that we could use the "joint exemption" for husband and wife of $10,000 each and apply this to our investment property. This is factually incorrect. The joint exemption is only applicable to primary residences and NOT investment properties. We went with a law firm that specializes in bankruptcy law and were told that we were given incorrect information regarding the exemptions from Stadler Law Group and that they were misinformed on the laws. Our Chapter 7 was successfully discharged thru the other law firm and we are grateful that we went that route. I think you can do better if you need bankruptcy counsel.

We are glad that you found counsel that was a good fit for you and you were able to get a discharge. I sorry if that was the information which was given as there are certain exemptions that can be used on investment properties. We have done numerous real estate investors and have been successful in our representation. Sometimes things are not communicated properly and that is why it is best to make sure you interview a couple of different attorneys to get a good fit. We are glad you found that fit.
Christine Stadler is doing something unusual in the legal field. Her firm, Stadler Law Group, which Stadler founded in 1994, offers flat fee rates on all services. By giving clients a legal budget they can predict and afford, Stadler Law Group makes legal representation an option for everyone who wants to know the costs upfront.
"In this economic climate, we are able to understand the ramifications of divorce, debt and criminal situations and combine this insight with affordable services to help our clients in hard situations." Stadler says. "We have over 20 years of ligation and trial experience. There are not many firms that actually offer this level of knowledge and experience and still care about their client's bottom line. I have seen too many cases where after the parties pay their attorney there is nothing left."
The Stadler Law Group provides clients with a team.. of experienced attorneys. Stadler specializes in domestic and family law. Attorney Shannon Bruce provides the firm with expertise in bankruptcy, debt settlement and estate planning. Attorney Jennifer Hardy rounds out the team with extensive experience in criminal, domestic violence and DUI. "So many times a client comes to us for a domestic law issue and after looking at their finances we realize we can help them solve other problems and help them get a total fresh start."
"We do not offer cookie cutter solutions to our client's problems. We, as a team, listen to the client; figure out where they have been, what got them in that situation and how not to repeat it in the future. We do what's right for you." For example, many firms will push their clients to bankruptcy, because its simple and fits within the box. Stadler Law Group works outside the box taking a comprehensive approach to find a solution that solves your problems now and empowers you for the future.
