Christine Stadler is doing something unusual in the legal field. Her firm, Stadler Law Group, which Stadler founded in 1994, offers flat fee rates on all services. By giving clients a legal budget they can predict and afford, Stadler Law Group makes legal representation an option for everyone who wants to know the costs upfront.
"In this economic climate, we are able to understand the ramifications of divorce, debt and criminal situations and combine this insight with affordable.. services to help our clients in hard situations." Stadler says. "We have over 20 years of ligation and trial experience. There are not many firms that actually offer this level of knowledge and experience and still care about their client's bottom line. I have seen too many cases where after the parties pay their attorney there is nothing left."
The Stadler Law Group provides clients with a team of experienced attorneys. Stadler specializes in domestic and family law. Attorney Shannon Bruce provides the firm with expertise in bankruptcy, debt settlement and estate planning. Attorney Jennifer Hardy rounds out the team with extensive experience in criminal, domestic violence and DUI. "So many times a client comes to us for a domestic law issue and after looking at their finances we realize we can help them solve other problems and help them get a total fresh start."
"We do not offer cookie cutter solutions to our client's problems. We, as a team, listen to the client; figure out where they have been, what got them in that situation and how not to repeat it in the future. We do what's right for you." For example, many firms will push their clients to bankruptcy, because its simple and fits within the box. Stadler Law Group works outside the box taking a comprehensive approach to find a solution that solves your problems now and empowers you for the future.

Christine Stadler did an excellent job preparing us and representing us in court. We are forever grateful for what she did and the compassion she showed us in the midst of our turmoil. I highly... recommend her to anyone needing strong representation. Our lives are forever change by the outcome of our court case. I can't thank her enough for what she has done for our family. Thank you, The RomainsVIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Stadler law group got me through my divorce against a horrible monster in a highly contested divorce. I came away largely unscathed, avoided arrest, and with a very very very reasonable set of... attorney's fees and legal expenses. The whole team is amazing. They kept me from messing up and kept me focused on the goals and facts. They knew what they were up against and how to defend against it. Stadler Law Group is very friendly with the Family Court judges and staff and knowing how they think made all the difference in the world. It was hard, it was scary, I freaked out often. I trusted them and they delivered. If you're spouse is a nut, and you just want to get out safely and with your fair share intact, Stadler Law group is your only option. I'll add this, I'm now a single father with primary custody of my 3 kids, and I'm getting child support, I'm not paying alimony, and I was allowed to move the kids and myself out of the state. I've defended against contempt, and found the ex in contempt twice. It simply doesn't get better than this. They know who I am, so if you need a reference or would like to hear my story, they can give you my number.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I just used Christine in a divorce matter and she was fantastic. Very fair fees and she did everything she said she would. She arranged for a very good mediator and my wife and I did come to an agreement that day. I would recommend Christine Stadler to anyone.

Who says a father can't win a bitter custody battle against a conniving wife who is represented by a skilled, bulldog trial lawyer? Certainly not Christine M. Stadler, Attorney At Law. The ink has dried on the Final Order for Primary Physical Custody awarded to the Father with Court Ordered Child Support, but Christine's powerful, effective courtroom performance still has me in awe days later. It was nothing less than phenomenal. If you want to WIN your case, with the outcome you desire, put it in Christine's hands. She is the ultimate heavy hitter in the legal profession and will not be shut down by opposing counsel. Christine thoroughly listens to the Client, does her homework, and is very well prepared going into court. The Attorney is sharp, professional, and calmly aggressive. If you follow Christine's directive, YOU WILL NOT LOSE! Client For Life, fharper08

Talk about STRESS! I had a pretty complex situation and Christine sorted it all out for me perfectly! I did not want a bankruptcy "mill" but the other small operations made me nervous. With STADLER, I got one on one attention when needed backed up by an experienced staff.

I have been searching for a GOOD lawyer for a few weeks now and I am so hesitant to pick the right one who is willing to work for me and to fight for my case. I am a stay at home mom and out of work for 7 years. My husband has filed for a divorce and I have 30 days to respond. Client reviews are always the best so if you recently had Mrs Stadler as your divorce attorney, please send in your review. I am desperate and need an advice. Thank you!!!!

I met with a few attorneys before meeting with Christine. She made the whole bankruptcy process easy and afordable. I was very impressed with how quickly I got answers to my questions. In fact, I was so impressed that I have referred several friends to her for Bankrupcty or family law. If you need a good attorney that takes care of their clients, Christine is the way to go. You will find no better!

We never had the opportunity to meet with Christine because 30 minutes prior to our appointment instead of calling us to cancel, she sent me an e-mail to say she was stuck in court and had to reschedule. Since the e-mail was sent 30 minutes prior to our scheduled meeting, my husband was already on his way to her office and ended up wasting time waiting for her before finally leaving. Although she cancelled at the last minute, she said she would follow-up with a telephone call that evening to discuss our options.....It is 2 days later and we are still waiting for that phone call......Extremely unprofessional. Definitely does not keep her word.

You are correct I was caught in Court from a hearing that started in the morning. The only means of communication was via my blackberry since I did not have a cell phone or work number for you or your husband. When your husband arrived at my office my staff immediately informed him that I would have to reschedule. I was not released until after 7 pm on Friday night. I attempted to contact you via email on Sunday to reschedule and offered a discount for your inconvenience, but no response.
If your are seeking an attorney that you can definetly trust and that WILL get RESULTS, you will find it in Christine Stadler. This woman 'knows her stuff' and doesn't waste your time or $$ telling you what you think you want to hear but instead, tells you what you NEED to hear and do. She is completely accessible which is a rare asset when it comes to attorneys. When my friends going thru divorce/custody issues whine about how 'awful' their own attorneys are and how they have wasted so much time and a fortune of $$ with nothing to show for it, I simply tell them they MUST call Christine Stadler. MOVE OVER ALLSTATE!!! If you really want to be in really GOOD HANDS, call Christine Stadler! You'll be glad you did and amazed with her in the process!

Ok, here ya have it, I had ALOT to lose and other attys I spoke to seemed like "sheisters" From the moment I spoke to Christine I knew she was the ONE, straight shooter, yet very "calm and serene" to my ex in negotiations, er go, resulting in a divorce I could live with in 31 days! Not only is she an excellent atty, but an excellent person best money I have ever spent!

One of my attorney clients has referred me to Chris as the best divorce attorney she knows. This was my second divorce, I was dreading to start the horrible process based on my previous experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised on the fast and positive outcome. Chris took charge and made it happened. That's what the ultimate goal was. I would recommend Chris to anyone seeking an attorney that will be on their side. Happily Divorced client

Christine was wonderful to work with. I needed a name and had procastinated for many years on taking care of it. I met with Christine only once and signed the filing documents. The next call I received was to appear in court, everything was taken care of and I received the final court decree a few weeks later. What an easy process. I have also referred clients to Christine for divorce and debt management, the feedback I have received from my clients has been nothing short of delighted clients extremely pleased with her services.

I unfortunately found out my ex was a liar and a fraud right after our wedding ceremony. My situation was complicated because he resided in another state and the ceremony took place in yet another state. Another attorney in town took several months to get back to me on whether I could file for an annulment and what the best way to go about it would be. She said that we would have to file in his state of residence since he would be the defendant. Since she took so long and I could see this dragging out forever, I called another attorney and that one said that I wouldn't be able to get an annulment at all. I finally called Christine who actually had experience with annulments and she drew up papers for it within 24 hours. She is very street smart and gave me great advice on how to get my ex to sign the papers. Not only was the annulment granted, but Christine worded the papers so that he would be in contempt of court if he ever contacted me or anyone I know again and she followed up with a strongly worded letter to him to discourage him from ever trying. It was a truly awful situation, but I am certain that it still probably wouldn't be final and I wouldn't have been able to get an annulment if I had used most other attorneys in Atlanta. She knows her stuff and gets things done quickly and with a great result. If you need an attorney for a divorce or annulment (or any kind of law that she practices), then call Christine. She is the best.

There is no grey area with Christine. She says what she means and always answers questions honestly. Sometimes it may not be what you want to hear, but the information is always dead on. I do not anticipate needing her services again, but if I did I would not hesitate to use Christine.

Thank you and I try hard to be honest and straight forward.
I never thought I would say that I was happy with my divorce attorney. I switched to Christine after 2 horrible attorneys. Both over charged and did nothing but give me bad advise. She sat down with me and told me the good, the bad and the ugly. I did not always like what she told me but she was always RIGHT. If I would have listen to her from the beginning, my divorce would have been smooth from the start. Once I followed her instructions, everything went as I wanted. She was reasonable in price (half the hourly rate as other attorneys with her experience). I would recommend her to anyone going through a family law matter, my only word of advise is listen to her - she knows her stuff.
