If you like for your calls to be ignored, and your insurance agent to be extremely rude to you when you go in person, then call this agent. In today's market, customer service can make or break a business. I am living proof - I am moving my business elsewhere because of this agent's attitude. His front office staff are nice, if not as informed as they should be, so I have stayed with them because of the front office people. However, my experience today pushed me out the door. My advice to others is to find a different agent who will value their business.
