State Farm - Deny, Deny, Deny
State Farm (corporate) denies as many claims as possible. One of their insureds backed into my car (04/23/10) and State Farm denied my claim against their insured, EVEN AFTER THEIR INSURED TOLD THEM HE HIT ME! We dropped this company way back in 1994 after their claim adjuster lied to one of the vendors we received an estimate from! They tried to give us about half of what it cost to replace our cabinets after having a fire in our kitchen, started by some workmen. I had a friend who wrote them a letter (in my name and with my approval) threatening to go to the Department of Insurance about it. They immediately sent a manager to our home and wrote a check for the right amount. Three of their insureds (that I personally have spoken to) in our subdivision have been denied hail damage claims when most of the subdivision has had their roofs replaced. We had ours replaced by Farm Bureau while our next-door neighbor had Sate Farm deny his! When you buy insurance you are paying for the claim - which they will deny.

Great Service!
I couldn't believe how helpful and attentive to my needs (and budget) that Tim and his staff were when I came in. The experience made me sure that this was the insurance company for me and my family. They helped me to really understand what I was getting and the considerations we should be making for our future.

Fantastic Insurance
I didn't have any problems signing up for insurance with State Farm, and they've been my insurance company for well over five years. Love them! There was a slight delay in processing my order after a wreck last year, but I received payments for the repair bill. All in all, a great company.

They blow me away!
I just moved to Kennesaw. Tim spent 3 HOURS with me explaining and updating my policies. We were in the office until 10 PM. I am absolutely thrilled to have found such as awesome agent. Thanks Tim (and Heather)!
