I love this boot camp. I've tried other versions and have found that this by far has produced the most physical results. I don't know too many boot camp instructors who would make it to Boot Camp less than 12 hours after his wife had a baby, but mine did! Not that I recommend it :), but it does demonstrate the teamwork... and support that Step it Up has. SiU has challenged the way I think about working out and some days have really kicked my butt. But it's so great I keep coming back for more. Like all boot camps, a bit pricey (to me), but a great supportive environment that challenges you each morning.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Great location and a great mix of workouts. I was one of the few men there and in pretty good shape and was still challenged by the workouts. Didn't do the same workout twice. Lost about 6 pounds in 3 weeks and feel great. If you have the $$$ do it. It's one of the cheapest boot camps around but unfortunately, too rich for my blood to do again.
Although I tried to get back into shape after my third baby (at age 43) by running, I was in a rut and losing motivation. I was very nervous about joining a “boot camp” but finally decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! After just 3 weeks, I lost a pants size, shaved 50 seconds off my mile time and have an incredible amount of energy. My eating habits have changed completely – for the better. It is challenging, but the instructors are so encouraging and inspire you to maximize your workout regardless of your fitness level. I plan to do another month. Success is very motivating!
Great boot camp and even greater value. The workouts are challenging and different every day which makes it exciting. If you need motivation the group dyanamics are a great help. The instructors are great. I have seen great results in just a few months.
Step It Up bootcamp is a great way to jumpstart your fitness routine or take it to the next level. It not only works all body parts but gives you more energy and stamina. It should be part of your day every day.
Step It Up fitness is a great creative workout that never gets boring. The coaches are personable and the locations are convenient. Definitely recommend this to friends!
I am one of those people who have been trying since my teenage years, sometimes intensely and sometimes half-heartedly, to get in shape! I have seen improvements in the past but have never been able to hold on to the progress. With Step It Up Fitness I really feel that I am achieving progress that I can sustain. It has only been 3 weeks but I can already see and feel my body changing. I know if I keep this up I WILL REACH my fitness goals. My diet has improved and now I rarely eat unhealthy foods excessively. Step It Up has also caused me to examine myself more and how I can be healthier and better. Sometimes it's grueling but it's worth it because I always feel great when I finish a workout!
All I wanted when I signed up for Stepitup was to increase my strength so that I could hit the golf ball further. Little did I know that it would change many aspects of my life. My clothes fit better, I have more energy to make it through the day, I sleep better at night. I'm a newbie to the program, but I can't say enough about it or Ryan's ability to motivate. After the first week, I became adjusted to the 5:30 workout routine. And the hour-long session flies by because we do such a variety of workouts. I'm an older member of the group, and even though I'm pretty slow, I am proud of the progress I have made. We'll see how that progress translates to golf.
After many months of seeking some way to become more active, I decided on this boot camp. I am three weeks in and love every moment of it! It is an amazing way to start of my day and makes me feel more alive and energized. Each day we do something different from the day before, so it never gets boring! Everyone has a great attitude and it makes for an enjoyable workout. I am thankful that I found such a neat way to become more active.
I can't possibly say more positive things about Step It Up! After a year in the gym with minimal results, this boot camp has completely changed my attitude about fitness (and my body!) Starting my day off with a 5:30am workout has inspired me to eat better, given me tons of energy and allowed me to see results that you never get from 30 minutes on a treadmill. I'd recommend Step It Up to anyone at any level of fitness and plan to continue going indefinitely!
This is my first month of boot camp. On the first day I got up 4:45am and was thinking:what in the world I was thinking when I was singing for 5:30 am workout...But when I arrived and saw large group of people and listened the instructor Ryan, I felt excited!I got home after the first workout and told my friends-I already LIKE it:)!Only few days left till the end of my 1st session and I feel the same-I LOVE it!Very driven and motivated instructor, who sincerely wants to see you trying harder!Thanks to him, there is never the same workout-never gets boring!The workout atmosphere is great!The group of people-simply friendly:).And if it might feel 5:30am is too early-once you are there-there is no time to think about it!Simply great way to start your day and get in great shape!
I've been going to StepItUp Fitness for the past several months and have really enjoyed the challenge and the diversity of the workout. The leaders are all helpful, knowledgable, and have great personalities. I highly recommend StepItUp Fitness.
If you are still going to the gym, you are missing out. I have been doing Step it Up for over 6 months now and am more motivated and in better shape than I was in high school and college playing Varsity sports. The workouts are dynamic and the people are fun. You never know what you are going to do, so it keeps you guessing and by the time you figure it out, the workout is over and you've burned a gazillion calories and are on your way home.

This is my first session with Step It Up, and after 2.5 weeks I am already noticing an improvement in my strength. Exercising with a group is motivating and the instructors provide so much variety that I never get bored. This is just the kick-start that I needed to rebuild muscle and strength after having 2 babies. I can't wait for the next session!
