We got our new Toyota Camry at Stephen Automall in Bristol and had a great experience with everyone we dealt with in the dealership. I inquired online and was immediately contacted by a very knowledgeable guy - literally within minutes of hitting the send button! He went above and beyond every other dealer I contacted in providing all the information we needed. What's surprising is that the guy we spent so much time on the phone with doesn't even sell cars! So he does all this research for us, sends pricing via email and then turns us over to a young guy he described as a product specialist that took us for a test drive and went through every detail of the car. It was great too because there was no haggling, no need to negotiate prices. The guy on the phone gave us all that in writing before we even started driving there so all we had to do was confirm that the Camry was the car we really wanted to buy. It was and we did. Brand new 2015 Toyota sitting in my driveway from a Bristol Toyota dealer we highly recommend.
