So heres what happened: I first bought an 800 watt amp, he told me $145, but later noticed on the reciept, i was charged $155. Didnt make a big deal about it. Then I asked about 3 days later if I could have my money back because my other one sounded better. He told me no cash back, only store credit. The only thing I wanted besides an amp, was a new deck. I asked how much the Pioneer deck was and he said, "I make you pay %40 and you have it." I agreed, and as a I went to pay he tried charging my credit card $48! I noticed it after i swiped my card, i brought it up to him, and he said "I said $45 plus tax." And i told him i knew you said $40. He reached into his pocket and handed me $5 in cash, and just tried making it not a big deal. I later went home and searched the Pinoeer deck i bought, and it was $78 at wal-mart! I paid, $195!!! I know im dumb, but just letting you guys know dont shop here! There rip you off! haha

I saw an ad for Stereo Warehouse in a magazine, so I called them up to make sure they still had the item shown in the ad. They said yes, and I proceeded to drive 45 mins to the store, only to find out the item "just sold out". They didn't have anything else that was in the ad either. I eventually agreed to have them install a different system, but once I got in my car I quickly found out the installed system was defective. Additionally, my rear speakers were no longer working after the poor install job, and there were lots new scratches near the stereo system caused by the installation. Unfortunately, the salesman had me sign for and pay for the system and labor BEFORE the work was to be performed... and of course, the paper I signed said "no refunds". So, they had my money. I attempted to speak with the verbally abusive and profane store manager about reaching a fair conclusion, but an honest exchange with these individuals was not possible. At this point, they were about to close, and they really wanted to get me out of the door. I eventually paid way too much for a cheap system and took it home to install it myself. I could go on and on about the unprofessional and dishonest way this place does business, from charging a higher amount on my credit card than they quoted me (without telling me) to flat out lying about details of the system and installation. The best advice I can give anybody is to never step foot into the place.

We went here to pruchase & install 2 new headrest tvs. After buying the ones they recommended, when we went to have them installed they told us we'd need to buy a new DVD player too to be compatible w/the tvs THEY told us to buy. They said they needed 3 hours for installation & they had our car for 3 days!! Once we picked up our car, the power seats were not working properly and 1 of the tvs didn't work at all. I had to go back 3 times before they finally replaced it. Not only that, but each time I called to say it wasn't working, they said we'd have to bring the car in right when the shop opened - that they wouldn't give it priority even though they were the ones that didn't install it properly. There is no waiting area in the shop, so each time I had to sit outside on the curb & wait for them to finish. This shop is very shady & has HORRIBLE customer service! Save yourself time & hassle & go somewhere else!!
