A 7 day repair turned into 19 days. They have plenty of excuses but cannot deliver the goods on time. Do not fall for " We will order the parts line", that took a week. Go somewhere else!!!! The only thing Sterling about this place is their name.

Ava and others really kept in touch, letting me know the status of my repair. I accidentally arrived a day before my appointment, but they saw me anyway. Very courteous. Even though my insurance paid it, the price was very reasonable.

I came in per the instructions of customer service. No one was at front desk however a rep was with another customer. Waited patiently there waiting to be service. Front desk lady walks and doesnt acknowledge me or even ask me for help. I keep sitting there to finally be told by the initial claim rep that I needed an appointment and can't be seen without and to speak with the front desk rep. Spoke to the front desk rep who tells me she can't help me and come back during the week day. Wasted 1 hr of my time to be told I can't be help. Take your business somewhere else with a company that will care and acknowledge their customers and help them.

I had a little accident with my garage door. I drove out of my of my garage with my van hatch open. Stupid.. and my husband agreed. I brought my car to Sterling for an estimate. Coffee, soda and Christmas Cookies awaited me. They didn't make me feel stupid. Vacuumed my car (lot's of glass) and patched it until I could return. They fit me in because it was such a busy week and within 8 hours it was ready to go. They also washed and thoroughly cleaned the interior. Wow... my husband doesn't even wash my car.
