They call my house constantly with great offers to clean carpet. I am on National Do Not Call list, they still call. I tell them to please stop calling, they still call. I block their number, they just use a different number to get through again. They are awful and I would never do business with them because of this.

I have used Sterling Home services several times and have yet to be disappointed. They actually set up an appointment time rather than a 4-8 hour window, and then get this; THEY ACTUALLY SHOW UP ON TIME! The technician was a little bit older with plenty of experience. He was very knowledgeable of his product. The customer service was wonderful from the moment I first spoke with someone on the phone from the office through the end of each job. The price the ladies quote over the phone is the price you actually pay. There are no hidden fees like other compaines have. They come back out if you are unsatisfied, but I have never had to have them come back out for me. The quality is great. I like the technique they use. The carpet is only damp when they leave so it never causes mold or mildue. I love this company. You're a fool if you don't use them!

The owner came out to our home back in July and cleaned the carpets in our entire home. We've requested a re-do because we felt as though some areas were overlooked. For the past two months they have been non-responsive and we are still waiting for our carpets to be recleaned. They don't return calls and for $350+ I expect a lot more. DO NOT USE!

Sterling Home Services is a reputable family run carpet and upholstery cleaning business. No bait and switch on the price quoted. Great customer service from the first call to the actual cleaning. I was impressed that they hand-clean the stairs. They even came back out at no charge to re-do a couple areas for me. Mr. Heath was professional, on time, knowledgeable and thorough. I recommend that you try this company for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. It's rare now-a-days to find a company that does what they say they will do!

I was called by their telemarketing group (which usually is a bad thing), but I instantly knew that something was unique about their approach. The lady was friendly and to the point, and that is the reason I agreed to try them out.

Then, to make a long story short, they quoted a price, honored their price, showed up on time, and did a great job.

They even gave the actual time they would show up no 4 hours windows… aka Business done the right way.

I have had experience with many different vendors and have never had the urge to write a review, but this company is run by someone who I would call "good people" and I was happy to be a client.

If you need your carpet or rugs cleaned… they are a great choice....
