I was having serious electical problems with my vehicle. No one seemd to be able to figure out exactly what the problem was. That is, until I took my vehcile here for repair. They discovered the source of the faulty wiring and fixed it for me all within a day. The repairs were very pricey. But I have not had a problem with the car since.

I had my car looked at by these guys. They gave me a HIGH quotation and I decided to just pick my car up. I spoke with a spanish guy who was nice on the phone and I ask him if I could send someone from work to pick up my car. He said sure and I ask him how much I owed or needed to send and he said, "nothing - no charge" My associates from work arrived at the dealership and they said that I owed over $100 for looking at the vehicle. I would not have minded since they did look at the vehicle but HOW frustrating to be told, "nothing - no charge" and when the guys from work arrive at the dealership with NO MONEY they tell us there is a charge and they have to drive back to work on their lunch break and get money and go back. POOR POOR POOR with High prices!

Horrible Service....They charged us $140 for an estimate. They told us it would cost $840 to fix the lower intake gasket plus another $140 for an antifreeze flush which is part of the job. It took them 3 days just to give us the estimate then the service guy Andre conned my fiance into approving the work. I told her to immediately call them back and tell them we want to get a second opinion. She called back 5 min later and could not get Andre on the phone. She had to leave a VM. He calls back 1 hour later and says that they were already 45 min into work on the car and that it would cost us another $200 to get the car back. We had to pay over $300 to take the car to a reputable independent mechanic. Do NOT Take YOUR CAR or BUY a Car from this Dealership!

I consider myself a smart shopper. So before I went in to test drive the new Chevy Cobalt, I did my research and came to the dealership prepared to ask a few questions. Although the customer service was average, it was very obvious that I knew more about this car than the salesman. He was unable to answer most of my questions regarding the car without looking at the sticker/booklet and didn't know anything at all about the GMAC leasing program. It was a disappointing visit and I will probably take my questions & business elsewhere.
