Steven and Tascha were nothing but professional from the moment we met them. Throughout our home buying process they were super responsive and very on top of things--responding to calls and emails well after regular business hours. They had great "eyes" while we were looking at properties and during the inspection process. Tascha especially had a great eye for the home's potential, and Steven was willing to crawl around and get dirty to show you how things work and check for problems. Due to a problem found on the inspection, our deal was at risk for falling through, but because of Steven and Tascha's hard work and negotiation skills they saw the deal to completion! I will use them again and would highly recommend them to all my family and friends!

Steven and Tascha were great. They were very professional, informative and made the weekend of househunting quite enjoyable. And after we moved in, they were a great source of information which made the transition even smoother!
