I recently was seen in this dental office. The front staff was very friendly and polite. I saw the hygienest Katie. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She informed me I needed a periodontal deep cleaning. I have been going to a local private practice for years and was never diagnosed for this.I changed dentists because they no longer accept my dental insurance plan. I always received a basic cleaning and no one ever measured my pockets around my gums. However, at this office,I received alot of brochures and was educated on what I needed. This condition could have caused me to have heart disease and alot of other serious health conditions. I am very disappointed that my previous dentist never provided me with the proper information. The hygienest did a thorough job with my cleaning and I am very happy with the service I recieved.

I wish I read other reviews here before I went to this dentist!!! They are very aggressive when trying to get you to come there. Which I liked, figuring they really wanted me as a customer and therefore would provide excellent service. I WAS WRONG! They charge ridiculous prices!! I am authorized two free cleanings a year to include x-rays. They wanted to do a special cleaning which would cost me $150! They also wanted to give me a special cavity for $500 (cavties are covered at 80% under my insurance). They tried to sell me extremely expensive toothpaste as well. I walked out of there refusing to pay such high prices (their estimate for a small cavity and cleaning was nearly $700!!! WITH insurance!!!) But thats not the kicker... My bill for the xray was zero, because they said my insurance covered it, but I later got a bill for $80. I'm thinking, FOR WHAT???? They did nothing for me!!! NOTHING!! Other then some xrays, some gum stabbing, and a consultation for a $700 dental service. Turns out one of the xrays they did was not covered by my insurance... So, guess what they did?? They took it out of my bank account!! Without notifying me!!! Terrible business practices!!!! I am SHOCKED a business like this can survive!!

I used them for dental services, they are saying that I still owe them $25 when the insurance company says they owe ME $186.00 They say they aren't bound by the contract that they have with my insurance company and are going to turn it over to collections. I recommend NOT using this group.

I have made three visits and had billing problems with all three. They determine my portion & the insurance portion, I pay my portion up front, and then get billed for hundreds of dollars that the insurance did not pay (plus additional fees). They do procedures that are not necessary & not covered by insurance leaving the patient with added expenses. They re-submitted the bill and added finance charges & administration fees totaling over $30 (so far). For my third appointment they billed me for the insurance insurance portion. They sent me a threatening letter to turn over to claims and adding another 33% to the bill; this before sending the claim to my insurance company. Now they want me to pay the bill plus fees first, file the claim with the insurance company, and they will reimburse me what the insurance pays them. Now they took money out of my debit account, then submitted a claim to my insurance company, thus getting paid twice and robbing my debit account. No wonder the owner Jerry Nutt owns a plane. The dentist has their hands in your mouth while the company has their hands in your wallet.

They quoted me onE price. I paid over $200 (which is what they told me my insurance would not cover). Then they told me my insurance denied my claim and now I owe over $400. I Found this out on a Thursday and they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ON A SATURDAY AND SEND ME SOMETHING SAYING THANKS FOR THE PAYMENT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! PLEASE, DON'T GO THERE!!! I REALLY WISH I HAD READ THESE BEFORE I WENT!!!

My 9 year old daughter and I were new patients and arrived 20 min. early as requested to fill out paper work. They were in a meeting & told me to sit outside to fill them out, it was rainy and cold. There was NO WAY I was letting them turm me into just another #. They were rude and unprofessional.

Was seen by a Dr. Janet Duncan. She tried to rush through doing 4 MINOR fillings at once, 3 on one side and 1 on other, all lower. ALL FOUR DRILLED TOO DEEP. ALL FOUR BECAME ABCESSED. REQUIRED 4 ROOT CANALS AND NEARLY $10,000 (OUT OF MY OWN POCKET) TO REPAIR HER DAMAGE, AT ANOTHER DENTIST OF COURSE! She now practices at another office in Eagle's Landing area.

The dental hygienist, Kate, was very rude and unprofessional. She had a very loud and obnoxious voice. During the cleaning to make small talk, she asked me personal questions to which I gave short answers. She was rough while cleaning and I would say, "Ow! That hurts!" but she didn't stop and ignored my request to stop or give me a minute. She has no manners and I would not recommend her to anyone. When I made my six-months cleaning, I told her that I didn't want her and complained to them about her service.

I agree with the previous comment. I visited the Office in early 2007. I felt that the staff were very unprofessional. I was quoted a cost in the dentist chair, and when I was ready to pay, (right having my service the same day), the cost was more that what was previously quoted. They said that the hygienist should not have quoted me the prices and that she was incorrect. I spent 4 hours in the office trying to see the dentist to determine if the services were legitimate. I spoke with the dentist who was the only one who seemed to be genuine. But the staff were only interested in pushing products. As with the previous comment, they wanted to do a deep cleaning on me as well. I will not return to that office.

Within 5 minutes my husband I felt like we were at a used car lot. Bottom line, the said our xrays showed serious gum disease, bone loss and we had to have a scaling and deep cleaning...everything not covered by insurance. We got a 2nd opinion and found out they LIED! Our teeth are in great shape with no bone loss. This office is part of a franchise owned by a dentist who lost his license due to malpractice. He owns over 30 in the Metro ATL area. Go somewhere else!
