The radio display screen on a new 2013 Honda CR-V was scratched which apparently occurred when the dash area was being cleaned. This was the very FIRST time the car had ever been washed. This damage was noted and brought to the attention of the supervisor on duty and a written incident report was made. After reaching the general manager, Christian, he would not honor the complaint or seek to resolve it in any way. Basically, he denied that their personnel could even cause such a problem. This display screen was not damaged or scratched in any way prior arrival at their facility, but after their employees finished with the washing drying, vacuuming, and cleaning process; the radio/backup camera display was found to have a scratch (1.5" long horizontal scratch in lower right area). Christian would not accept responsibility for any repairs. I asked if this could be escalated to his manager and he said he was the owner and his word was final. I won't use them ever again after this situation.
